I usually refrain from buying jerk chicken from takeaway places as I feel it just isn't the same as when it's made at home.. but this place is absolutely delicious. I love the different sides and toppings available. The jerk chicken is moist, juicy and flavoursome. I like that it isn't so sweet either but on the spicy side.

Keep it up. As long as they keep producing fresh tasting delicious food like this, I'll be returning!

Very Friendly Staff and delicious food. The Island Chicken was very tasty and not something I'd tried before but will definitely be having again. Sides were all very tasty too . Loved the Plantain and the Garlicky Brocolli was very nice

Was very impressed with the quality of the jerk chicken and a good portion size for the value. The chicken was tender and excellently seasoned and the rice perfectly cooked. The small accompaniments also worked a treat adding a great amount of texture to the food.

I happened to be passing by and decided to stop in to see what was available. The decor was beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me want to sit down and stay awhile. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to try the food, but I did have a pleasant chat with Ayesha, who I believe runs The Funky Elephant. She was absolutely delightful! The dishes looked incredibly appetizing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be returning for a proper meal soon!

Picked up food from here and i’ve never been so amazed by the staff. Aside from the food being ridiculously tasty when I came to collect the food all the staff were so professional and kind, it was an absolute delight. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

Inside the Funky Elephant place was flashing, love the pictures in the wall, the lights with the painitng.

The Menu was simple, the food has some good flavour which taste delicious with the sauces.

I enjoyed the music while eating and looking through the window.

I would totally come back there one day.
