When we attended we had a large group around 7 - 10. The staff weren't particularly busy however did get the order wrong.
The staff where polite enough and food was fine.
Slightly pricey for what you get.
The hot chocolate was really enjoyable.

This is a family run business, very helpful Staff and very Clean. You can have your tea, coffee and food which have Gluten free options while you shop for gifts for your home or wedding lists along with beautiful jewellery, scarfs and gloves. Then when your done with that you can get your groceries. Free parking for customers free grocery delivery service and a Petrol station and off license.

A fantastic place to shop. Really convenient opening hours with excellent parking. The staff are the real treasure of the place, they are really friendly, effecient and helpful. They are especially good with my wife who is a wheelchair user, which is really appreciated.

Fillans Food Store in Portglenone is always a well laid out Store which has got pretty much everything you need. Also there is a Coffee Shop on the 1st floor which is Very Nice. Staff here are friendly. Well worth a visit.

Just left fullans absolutely mortified because I bought a scratch card in here a few days ago with no ID (I'm 26 years old) then went to get it changed there and the lady behind the til wouldn't change it because I look under age. I know it's a think 21 policy but I am 26 years old. I didn't have my purse on me but I am raging because I am 26, not 18. Disgusted. There were several customers standing behind me too. So embarrassing.

Very poor hot counter with same selection every day. Got lasagne and chips x3 today and half the chips were raw!

Nice coffee and lovely gluten free lemon meringue. Have been here a few times and staff are always very friendly and food has been excellent.
