Bought the Mixed Mushroom Country Style Pie because it is Vegan. Very disappointed by the quality. The only tasty part was the pastry at the top. The flavour of the sauce was poor. All in all there were maybe two mushrooms in this pie. Never again.

I was already a regular Fry's customer but over the weekend for the first time had their Vegan Barbeque 'Chicken' Pizza. Without question the best store bought vegan pizza I've had. Toppings included mixed peppers, onions, chicken-style strips and Barbeque sauce. The only change I made myself was to add Sweetcorn. Good generosity with the toppings, and it was very tasty all round. I picked it up in a Health Food shop for about £5 which I thought was reasonable given this type of store is more expensive anyway

I'm already a Fry's customer for their Pies, Sausages, Nuggets and Chicken Shnitzel's, and now more than happy to add Pizzas to that menu 🙂

I have just been enjoying Fry’s plant-based chicken-style burgers. However it all changed when I bit down on a piece of plastic that was inside. I have kept the plastic and have taken a photo of the box they were in. I have been trying to find some sort of email customer service at Fry’s but there doesn’t seem to be one. I will be eating slowly and carefully from now on!

I had a mixed mushroom pie, it looked yummy on the box and that's as good as it gets. Soggy bottom after cooking for 45mins, the creamy sauce was grey water and the mushrooms were very few ( less than a dessert spoon )and like rubber. Shame I was really looking forward to eating it but it ended in the bin.

So disappointed. Bought the 4 golden crumbed schnitzels. The picture on the box shows whole mushrooms in a sauce. The actual product is just a dry pate.
When contacted they say that the mushroom sauce is a way of serving the dish, and others have been confused as well

The smoked hot dogs were sublime! They've got the texture and flavour bang on! Couldn't tell the difference between these vegan hot dogs and normal one's

Chicken style strips, bought in error didn't realise they were vegetarian! Bought in Sainsburys reduced section completely tasteless and bland. Comparable taste would be fried batter.
At £2-75 there would be more taste in fried bread. Luckily I paid 69p ?

I had a mushroom pie which was possibly one of the worst things I've ever eaten. Very little evidence of any mushrooms at all, just some tasteless sludge in stodgy flaccid pastry. All in all, utterly devoid of any flavour or texture, and absolutely crammed with rubbish like palm oil (what's the point of professing to be vegan, and then using palm oil?!) and god-knows what chemicals. Absolute garbage.
