Tried other tiffin companies but nothing like here! Delicious! Taste like home. Great service, always on time! They’re super flexible with customer’s choices. Much recommended!

Food is horrible. the rajma was just water and oil. ‘Cauliflower sabzi’ had no cauliflower in it, just potatoes which were not even cut up. Taste was really bad, could not eat it. Additionally, they delivered the wrong tiffin one day which did not match my dietary requirements as I am vegan, and i never got a full refund for it.

I am so so disappointed. I was so excited to try an Indian food small business. And the experience has been abysmal.

But things like this

1. No fixed delivery time. Customer having to enquire about delivery.
2. Wrong product advertised and not given
3. 350ml advertised. 270 ml received.

Very poor delivery service. Food arrives very late. Almost 2 hours after the expected time. They say the that they are busy during a particular time and sometimes don't update about deliver times.
The food quality is good. But definitely not worth waiting for extra hours in the night.

Newly landed in London and Freshly Desi is a blessing for us as they deliver to our home and provide with fresh food thrice a week. The chicken biryani was amazing and I'm looking forward to trying many more dishes of theirs. Do give a try!

They curate and customise the taste according to your taste buds and make it spicy or mild accordingly which is why I absolutely love their food service. Menu is also diverse and keeps changing throughout the weeks. Food tastes just like Indian food ❤️? and is delicious!!! 10/10 would recommend!!! Absolutely love their meal plans and the taste of their food ? ❤️❤️?

Ordered their dubba for the week. It was frankly well beyond my expectation, Having had dabbas from other places before.THis was well made, clean and lasted in the fridge surprisingly well. The DAl fry and the chicken curries were well made and tasty. ALso loved their kheema, The chilcken biryani wasn't the best I've had, but that's just me nit picking. The chapatis stayed soft well into the next day, My only gripe is that the courier expected us to pick up the food from the roadside. Not the best option if you weren't at home to pick it up.
Hope the quality stays the same. Best wishes to the proprietors.
