I bought 1 pack of 6 New Orleans Chicken Bun. The first time I took 3 out of 6 from frozen and steamed for lunch. They all looked good and the same when out of package. All 3 shrinked to 3 hard pieces of funny buns. I thought that could be what New Orlean means and just simply do not buy in the future. But the 2nd time I steamed the last 3 pieces and found two of them were actually normal buns, only one look funny out of 3. I wrote to their customer service and showed them some photos. They told me to defroze first before cooking and offered me a pack free to be picked up at a near Chinese market. After I picked up a collection shop, they ask me for receipt for the purchase. OMG my purchase was weeks ago and I do not keep receipt for small purchases like this as I do not think this would ever happen. Anyway I gave up that I originally had no intention to claim, but to let them know this would happen.

Always love Xiangyuan dumplings as they are the best in Europe. The taste is so amazing after 6 minutes cooking and I highly recommend it👍🏻👍🏻 Will continuously buy it!

Yummy and freshly handmade dumplings wholesale manufacture. You could try to do some retail with them and best to call them and ask what dumplings they are making today and if you could come over and collect a box.
Frozen buns , Frozen seafood and hot pot meat options are also available here.

This is samosa at most, trying to fool us huh？0/10 value for money, might as well go for samosa.
