Place is tight but manageable, make sure to speak with the shunters at the beginning. Can park outside on the double yellow but leave plenty of space on the corner to allow trailers coming in and out. If not sure, go on foot and check first, you don't want to reverse from the gate .

Consistently around an hour to get unloaded staff are reasonably friendly and free coffee machine in the waiting area

Absolute joke of a place to deliver to. I had one driver in front me and had to wait 50 minutes just for him to be tipped 1 pallet. I dread to think how long my 6 pallets will take. Fell sorry for the 3 other drivers behind me waiting on illegal yellows like I had to. Management need to get a bit of urgency into this place.

This company has decided to insist that drivers must stay in the drivers room whilst tipping, ignoring the recent rise in infection especially in colder areas. In my opinion this puts drivers at increased risk of contracting the disease. They threatened to reject the delivery if I didn't comply.

First time back in about a year and still the same. In a queue of 4 trucks waiting to be tipped. Parked on double yellows. Council should be fining them to be honest. Building/staff hasn't got capacity to cope with intake.

Once you know you can't get your lorry in till 6am it's one of the better deliveries. Never make you wait, friendly bunch and once the vans move there's plenty of room to manoeuvre. Oh and a banging free coffee machine!

I run Bicester Litter Pickers - Voluntary Group, me and the local councillor Nick cotter & my mate chris.. we have visited the entrance of fresh direct area coming from home base car park over the bridge to your entrance and collected 4 bags of litter. We are not amused by the littered stuff dumped in them bushes from the your drivers and rest of the public. We are aware that someone has been sleeping in the wooded area from the likes of the chairs, the tent and amount of beers cans Etc..

However, would like you to be encouraging the staff to ensure they’re taking more responsibility for their actions to ensure the area looks better please!!

I will contact CDC to remove them bags we have collected. Asap
