I’ve been working on my overall fitness with Tim for a few months now and I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to get in touch with him.

The facilities are great, really comprehensive range of equipment that’s top quality means that no two sessions with Tim are the same. I love the fact that their private facilities mean my lack of body confidence isn’t an issue.

Tim formed a plan early on and discussed with me my goals. The encouragement and mentoring I get from our sessions is not only improving my fitness and strength, but helps me feel ready to take on the stresses of work with a clear and level mind.

Once in a while Tim will send a message of encouragement along with a video of an exercise we’ve done that really helps show me the progress we’re making.

Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I have been working with Tim for the last few months in personal training sessions and he has been fantastic. I have an old neck injury and I have been really impressed with his knowledge and care in making sure this is looked after during sessions. As a result it feels better and stronger than it has done in years. I have made a lot of progress in the gym and grown in confidence and that has been down to Tim’s support and guidance. The sessions are varied and fun and I look forward to them each week. I would highly recommend working with Tim.

I’ve been working with Tim for a few months to mindfully focus on my nutrition. He provides excellent support and shares his knowledge liberally. He is very kind and patient and you really feel he’s got your back. He really helps you understand that flexibility is important to maintain healthy eating habits throughout whatever life throws at you. With a regular check-in he keeps you accountable and helps to navigate any upcoming specific challenges.

I started working with Tim at FoodFlexibility about a year ago for some personal training sessions following a bad back strain sustained playing cricket.

He created me a tailored programme focusing on strength training, targeted rehab and conditioning, to strengthen and improve resilience in my back and surrounding areas.

He got me back bowling within a few weeks, and after continuing to work with him through the winter, I am now stronger, fitter and more resilient than ever.

Although not the focus of our sessions, Tim has also helped me with my nutrition, and by only making small adjustments to my diet, I have lost 7kg over the last 4months, while maintaining and building muscle mass.

I would highly recommend Tim at FoodFlexibilty for all your personal training and nutrition needs.

Tim has taught me so much about nutrition and exercise during the time I have worked with him. He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and non-judgemental. Tim is also very supportive and will always find evidence based answers to any questions. I really trust and value his opinion. My relationship with food is much better and my lifestyle is much healthier. Tim gives you the tools to make these changes yourself and a lot of support along the way. More recently, I have started personal training sessions with Tim and again he is non-intimidating and non-judgemental. It has been my first time training with weights and Tim is very motivating. He is a good judge of pushing you to achieve but not so much that it takes the enjoyment away. I have really been enjoying the sessions and the progress I have made. I would recommend Tim to anyone and am very grateful for the extremely positive impact his work has had on my life.

I have been training with Tim for the last couple of months and honestly it has been the best decision I ever made to start this journey to lose weight. I have made progress that I never thought I could and that’s very much down to the guidance and support Tim provides. I have learnt a lot already about nutrition and exercise and Tim always offers expert advice as well as strategies to overcome potential struggles along the way. Aged 53 I have been putting off getting fitter to tomorrow for a long time. I’d heard great things about Tim from some younger lads so decided it was time to give it a go. My expectations have been far exceeded, Tim’s personable style and knowledge of what is right for you has been very impressive, his support unfaltering and his balance of pushing forward vs steady when needed has been spot on. The first time in a decade I have confidence in my body, that not only is it not going to break but it is well equipped for the sports I want to play for next decade. The one to one sessions have been the start of what I hope will be life changes that will having lasting impact. I can’t thank Tim enough.

Tim helped me lose 9 kilos / 1.5 stone and gave me knowledge so that I've been able to keep it off for going on 18 months.

Tim's approach is so valuable because whilst I am highly active, my levels vary quite a lot. Tim's teachings mean I know how to adjust when my active levels change week to week, and I also don't need to worry when I have "dirty" food as I have the bigger picture in mind.

Having an expert guide you and confirm you are doing the right things and going in the right direction is so helpful and so necessary. In so many areas, I've done things and its only when the expert confirms you are doing the right things, that you can overcome the bad days where you question if you should carry on.

Tim has helped me boost my performance in competitions too, teaching me the right prep and fuelling to excel and recover.

He's also helped me stay injury free with remote PT to stregthen key areas iny my sport (tennis - which isn't his sport).

I thoroughly recommend Tim as a nutrition & fitness coach to take you to the next level. Book him. You deserve it.
