Ive been using these guys for about 4 months now and really see the benefits. There is always an amazing variety of food which is of the highest quality. A really great controlled way of hitting your goals. For me it is fat loss that is my goal and it is giving me a really positive, gradual weight loss which is what I wanted. Ive done the quick weight loss programmes before with other people and it ends in one thing - rebound! Food fit helps me keep on track. Excellent service and very professional

Extremely disappointed - we have tried Gusto and Hello Fresh before and got on OK as you cook it fresh yourself. We decided to try the more expensive Food Fit as it was easier, healthier and sounded great. We were a bit sceptical that you can't choose your meals and you just get what you get but we decided to give it a go. We were meant to get a call from a nutritionalist at the start but that never happened which is was a bad start. We committed to 10 meals each over a week (lunch and diner) and have been massively dissapointed. We followed the reheating instructions exactly but the food seems to somehow be soggy but dry at the same time. We have had tried 6 meals so far and have just put the rest of the deliveries in the bin as it has been 100% failure from our point of view. Most of the meals were 2 or 3 mouth fulls and then in the bin. In my opinion, if we don't want to cook a meal ourself then we are better off getting a gourmet microwave meal from the local supermarket.
