As a Project Manager with a background in overseeing complex projects and ensuring optimal operational flow, I work as a part time kitchen assistant. The review is based on my observation.

1. The kitchen layout is designed for efficiency, ensuring a smooth workflow and high productivity. The food handling zones are separated and well managed to avoid cross contamination of food.

2. Strict protocols are in place for cleaning and sanitization, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination. The process is done after handling each batch of food item.

3. Ingredients are stored methodically, facilitating easy access and maintaining quality. As well as the storage facility for each food product is separated based on location and order.

4. The logistics team excels in managing and delivering large orders promptly and accurately. The zone is separated as well as the transfers are done without affecting or altering the production.

5. The system for handling orders is streamlined, reflecting a well-structured process. The order details, batch specifications, production follow ups, cooking specifications and the labeling as well is maintained perfectly.

This provided leads to a perfect product outcome.
