Graham and his team saved my Glastonbury…

When driving to the famed festival my engine management light came on and limp mode was the symptom.
We searched frantically for a garage open and near by and stumbled across Fonthill, after a brief chat with Graham over the phone, he was happy to invite us to his garage and help solve the mystery of the failing Qashqai.
Graham helped in a multitude of ways, sadly the car wasn’t going to be drivable for a few days, so Graham allowed my friends and I to hunker down at the garage whilst we figured out just how to get to Glastonbury. He and his colleagues gave us full access to facilities, and made us feel very comfortable. Graham even went as far as to give me a lift to the nearest train station to collect a hire car.
Graham kept the car in the garage and remained in contact for about 10 days, until he managed to fix the problem with the vehicle and I can honestly say without Graham, my Glastonbury experience would have been dreadful.
Thank you Graham, your service will be held as the highest standard from now forward.
We raised a many a pint to you!

Also, Graham’s prices were more than reasonable and his efficiency and experience led to him solving multiple problems with the vehicle as they arose.

It is a rare event when you come across a service provider who are genuinely concerned for the service they provide.
Other reviews refer to going above and beyond which is spot on.
You only see true quality when things don’t go right. This was my experience (no fault of Graham) my car decided to play spot the error code. Graham has stuck with it to make sure it was right because it had to get me home (260 miles) fixing each fault as they revealed themselves one after another.
I cannot find the words to recommend them highly enough.

Graham is a genius.. and his helpers.. they are prompt with servicing...don't mess about.. and always diagnose the actual problem. (Without making it worse, which some places do!) So really grateful to have such a skilled mechanic and garage so close to home.. Thanks 😊

Outstanding service! I had a puncture on the A303, Graham was so helpful. He took us to the nearest station to carry on our journey and then replaced the damaged tyre.
The valve for money was good and Graham was trust worthy, carrying out everything as he said he would. I would definitely recommend this garage! Hayley
