I ordered korean spicy chicken ramen with
ricecakes, picture clearly shows cheese,
ramen, rice cakes and fish cakes!

I received dry horrible buldak noodles with
undercooked rice cakes and that's it! so
misleading? how are you charging £12.80 for
buldak noodles that are like £1.50 in Asda!
this is ridiculous! You should say its buldak not make things up, really disappointed, buldak noodles make me very sick, this whole thing is going to bin!

I hope you respond and address my issue with deliveroo and I can get a compensation, I have noted my order number.

I appreciate that you're not ignoring me however the ingredients weren't listen on deliveroo the title was the only thing, I also appreciate your offer of you redoing it for me free of charge but I am going to have to decline, I physically cannot eat buldak noodles, it makes me nauseas and causes heartburn its not even the taste of it.
I'd appreciate if I could just get a compensation, then I would be more than happy to change my review as my needs have been met.

We just bought 2 bags from "too good to go" from this shop today, 21 of October and everything has a expired date!!!

However, it's important to clarify that we expected to receive products that were within the legal guidelines for resale, as per UK food and safety law. While we understand that the products may be close to their best before date, they should still be safe for consumption and labeled as such.

Our primary concern is that we were never advised that the products were labeled as 'BBD expired' when we made the purchase. As consumers, we rely on businesses to provide us with products that meet the necessary safety standards, even if they are discounted. We would like to trust that the products we receive, while discounted, are still within the legal and safe consumption limits.

We would appreciate it if you could ensure that the items offered through 'Too Good To Go' adhere to these safety standards in the future. We are not considering an exchange or refund for the items we purchased, as suggested. We hope that moving forward, consumers can continue to benefit from your efforts to reduce food waste while feeling confident in the safety and quality of the products received.

Great range of Asian products and produce. They also serve hot food which is delicious and my go to while I’m at work.

We were very sad going into this store, we went a couple months ago and quite enjoyed it but going last weekend we were very put off and will not be going again.

The aisles were untidy and dirty with random scissors lying around, the most worrying thing was dumplings packets (which we always buy) were luke warm in the freezer - they were actually soft to touch! These are meant to be frozen packets and contain meat so would not risk getting anything from here.

Went outside and took a look at the machinery which as you can see from the photos are not clean.

If you’re buying from this store, make sure to check the expiry dates of the products. The store is happy enough to sell to you knowingly.

Made an order online, was told there were several products not in stock so i asked for a refund on those products. They mentioned that the drinks were expired but because I didn’t respond, they interpreted this as I’d be happy to accept expired food.

The store came with the delivery and tried to flog off alternatives when i specifically said ‘no’ to begin with. They then choose add the expired drinks into the delivery knowingly it’s out of date to, It was my flat mate who accepted the order and fell sick the morning after.

After many calls today, the owner/manager agreed to give me a refund in person. Now after chasing them, he is now saying he can delivery the out of stock items if i can wait until tomorrow. The guy clearly does not understand or choose to ignore request given. As if i want to shop with such an unethical store after given bad drinks.

Not good. Ordered using Uber Eats for spicy hot pot; portion size are small, extremely bland (isn't it suppose to be spicy?), very little sustenance and quite expensive for what it is. First and last time ordering from this place.

I have to say the price is really good in supermarket in London. And also, the food is so nice just feels like that I come back to Asia again! My Chinese friends told me that it was the oldest supermarket & Kitchen in the canary wharf?

Just been here today. Slightly more expensive than other oriental food stores outside Central London but you can find many instant ramen and sauces. Staff is also helpful. Gave 3 stars only because of price.
