Ordered two wedding cakes. We needed vegan and gluten free cakes and found that Fodabox could deliver both. The cakes were very reasonable in price and delivery was really quick. The wording on the cakes didn’t meet our exact requirements but that wasn’t a problem. I spoke to a really helpful gentleman called Alan who was really great. He took the details of the wording and passed the information to the bakers.
When the cakes came there was a slight issue but again Alan sorted it out super quickly and efficiently and the problem was resolved.I can’t fault their customer experience and would definitely use them again. The cakes were lovely and tasty too. Thanks Fodabox and Alan.

Ordered a 95th birthday cake for my mum. Was offered 31st December as a delivery date which was great as her birthday was January 2nd. £49.95 in total. I was unable to contact the company on the 30th and waited anxiously all day on the 31st. No cake. Having finally found a tracking link it showed as ‘not dispatched’. It’s absolutely the worst time to try to find an alternative and to make matters worse it’s quite possibly my mum’s last birthday. Wouldn’t recommend Fodabox and now waiting for a refund, an apology and an explanation.

I ordered two Highland fruit Hampers as Christmas presents for my family. Although they looked lovely I was really disappointed to find the Papaya was missing from the both of them and the cake had been damaged. I contacted Foda who advised the company that supply them mention there is no guarantee everything will feature however Foda doesn’t state this and instead lists exactly what the hamper contains. I paid for what was listed but did not recieve this which I feel is unfair. They have offered me a 10% discount to use on another order but due to this experience I would rather make my own as it would have been more cost effective. Someone in the family laughed that the cake looked half eaten, which was embarrassing to say the least.

The order did not arrive on my chosen delivery date. Delivered a day late. Informed Fodabox and my money was refunded in full immediately. The cake was wonderful. Would use again and give another chance to deliver on chosen date.

The reason I’m giving two stars is because customer service were very helpful and polite, but if they hadn’t have been so helpful I would have knocked it down to one star.
. I ordered a hamper in November to be delivered for a future date (Dec 19th). A few days later I received a message informing me the hamper would be delivered the following day which I didn’t want as this is a Christmas gift. I contacted Fodabox to inform them my delivery date was scheduled as Dec 19th and they duly cancelled the ordered and scheduled a new one to be delivered on the correct date.

Fast forward to this week and I hadn’t had any more communication stating the hamper was on its way. I contacted customer service again and they informed me that the delivery had been missed and dispatched that day, ready for delivery the following day. The delivery date passed and it hadn’t arrived so I contacted again to request a refund (unfortunately I need to scramble to sort out a gift now and then deliver it today which is highly inconvenient so close to Christmas). The company obliged kindly and refunded, apologising sincerely for the mix up. They have vowed to look into how this happened, but unfortunately I see there are other reviews with this kind of issue so I’m not sure it’s something they can genuinely rectify without really looking into why it keeps happening.

Customer service was great and the value of the hampers looked good too, but it’s just a shame that so many issues arose. As helpful as I found the customer service rep James, I wont be using the company again as it’s just too unreliable for my liking. I’m due to give birth at Christmas so it’s not ideal to now have to rush out like this, which was the whole point of ordering the hamper in the first place.

Poor service.

Ordered the box to be delivered on Friday but it didn't turn up until Monday afternoon.

After contacting customer care the only response I had was 'there was a slight delay but it is out for delivery now' and a pasted link which I already had to see where my delivery was.

Not good enough.

The items themselves were in good condition but clearly if anything is to go wrong you are getting very little help from this company.

I ordered a gift for my dad which stated clearly upon purchase that the package would arrive on time. When his birthday came, he told me nothing had arrived. When tracking the order, it was evident that the product was not even ready for dispatch, let alone in transit. I would've most certainly not made a purchase had I known I would not receive anything ahead of time.

UPDATE: Item was refunded with no issues. Shame that it wasn’t delivered in the first place.
