My friend recommended Finest of Fish and I’m so glad she did. From start to finish they were awesome from helping me navigate what to serve my friends to carrying my wares to my car. My friends told me it was some of the best fish they had ever had and the lobster was sublime. Can highly recommend and great to support a local business too

Just discovered this amazing gem at last the freshest of fish staff that Know what there talking about with a bit of banter while you ponder what to buy as there is so much to choose and for those special occasions a plateau of your choice I can not praise this gem enough all I can say if you enjoy the freshest of fish an abundance of choice then get along to the shop in Borrowash car park conveniently opposite the shop door you will not be disappointed 👍

I can honestly say I have never had such a good experience when shopping for food and never tasted fish of such good quality. Lee is really friendly and certainly knows his stuff and will happily educate you if needed on any fish. I got great advice on how best to cook some swordfish and even got offered a taste of some smoked salmon which I obviously ended up buying as it was the finest I’ve ever tasted. Will definitely be visiting again soon. The prices are also as good, if not better than anywhere, with customer service that is unbeatable.

Obvious that this is massively ahead of supermarket fish counters. You can see every item is really fresh.

A lovely young couple selling excellent quality fish at competitive prices. I had a fresh sea bass, awesome thoroughly recommend. The owner explained all the fish is from Devon. Brilliant shop.
