Sent to this butchers on recommendation during a day with family having travelled up from East Kent. OMG! The shin of beef for a slow cook was OUSTANDINGLY ‘beefy’ a complete joy to cook and share. The entire display in the window had some beautiful looking examples of top class meat cuts. We shall return.

Fantastic butchers shop i never knew it was there,i was on my way to morrisons hoddesdon and noticed the shop,must have passed by hundreds of times,what a find a little gem in a haystack great display great staff.
Well from now on its my local butcher forget meat from supermarkets,the sausage was great and the short ribs look to die for was no trouble to cut them in half for me to fit the pot,cant comment on them yet but im sure they will be amazing they are cooking now and smell great.
Thank you i will definitely recommend you and will be back soon.

Have visited twice now and the quality and taste of the meat is out of this world! Amazing value for money. I won’t be touching supermarket meat again. Such friendly staff too.

I bought sausages from here, just in passing , never knew the place existed but so glad I know about it now! Bought Broxbourne Royal Sausages and they are truely amazing, resonably priced too! Definatley going back. 100% Recommend!

Great local Butchers. Excellent products. You can see the difference when cooking their meat compared with mass produced, pre wrapped, meat from supermarkets. Roast joints cut and prepared well. Best of all. Great customer service. They will go that extra bit for you. Always there with a smile and guidance, if you want it.
