Mum was at Field Farm for about a year., she was very comfortable for someone who didn't really want to be in a home. The staff were really amazing, caring and understanding, would chat to mum and were so helpful when she needed the help and got to know her moods or when she was down, and did their best to uplift her. Mum's room was amazing and we were allowed to make it her room with some furniture and knick knakes and pictures. Nothing was to much trouble, and there was always someone for family to talk to or ask questions

My father was sent there from hereford general hospital,the two weeks he was there he was put in other residents clothes,given chips with every meal, several unidentified marks on his body. He had a fall and was taken back into hospital in just a pad and nothing else. They said he had undressed himself but my father has tremors and is unable to undo buttons and in the last 18 months has never once tried to undress himself. A shameless place that charges residents to sent staff into hospital for appointments with them, there are just entrusted in how much they can sqeese of the residents families.

My mom is here and I can't fault the care she has , she is very disabled and bed ridden , but she is so happy very clean so is the home and the staff are really lovely.

I took one of my clients here (I'm a mobile care assistant) and we were both a bit upset that she would have to stay there.
The staff were really kind and understanding. They gave us coffee and biscuits and kindly talked to us about the home, then made a safe space for me to leave quietly.
There was a large space for residents to sit together, craft making and garden space for fresh air. The residents all seemed very happy and chatty. It was lovely to visit, under the circumstances a bit upsetting but very well managed.
