Absolutely terrific, first time having the most exquisite, the most fantastic, burgers in chesterfield. It was my first time having the fat pig and I must say, that fat pig must of had a lot of juice because it was divine. We ordered the food as a takeaway and the service was so quick it felt like we ordered it 2 minutes ago. I would highly recommend ordering from this place, it is to die for. Ps. Tonight we ordered for collection and had the "Meat Sweat" meal between two of us.
It was still hot by the time we drove home to Alfreton (in a thermal bag).
The meal could have easily fed 4 because the chips portions we huge. There was plenty of tasty, tender meat, Mac cheese, Texas toast, slaw and pickles and two giant portions of chips. The whole meal was excellent.
We will certainly be back.

First impressions do count - and Fat Pig BBQ have delivered amazingly well! As vegetarians, we ordered The Shamen burger and the Pigsty chips. Each crispy chip was full of flavour and the meat-free burger was hearty, chunky and delicious, complete with probably the best gherkins we have ever tasted. Thank you for providing absolutely mouth watering food. 🙂

First time ordering from Fat Pig BBQ, we opted for the 'Meat Sweats' platter which consisted of pulled pork, brisket, sausage, pork belly bites, BBQ chicken, pit beans, 2 large chips, pickles, Texas toast, Mac and cheese and BBQ sauce. We decided as this was our first time ordering from them that we try what they are famous for and it did not disappoint! It was sooo good!!! The quality of the meat it was so juicy and tasty and everything was cooked to perfection! We absolutely loved the Mac and cheese and Texas toast. I would definitely order from them again and would recommend to anybody hesitating to place an order- go for it!

Oh dear, ordered a takeaway and to be honest this was the worst food I have been served. The cost was £15 for a Pork Belly's gonna get ya. In this it stated that I would get Pork Belly, Coleslaw, BBQ sauce and pickles. It arrived on time so no issue with their delivery but when opened I thought they had missed it off the list. After triple checking I found in a tub in the same size as the coleslaw (if you can imagine a tub of coleslaw this gives you the approx size of the meal). The chips were hot and a decent size as was the coleslaw, the pickles were just two thin slices of gerhkin. Then I opened the pork belly, this consisted of five roughly chopped small pieces of pork belly made up of 95% fat and 5% meat. I know they call it FAT pig but if I wanted just fat I would've ordered that - and yes I expect some fat on a pork belly but the amount I received was ridiculous. I couldn't eat it so just ate the miniscule amount of meat. All in all it was the most disappointing takeaway meal I have ever had so we will not be giving this place our custom again. I would urge others to think also, you have been warned. As for the place itself - maybe you should have a word with whomever is plating these up, please let them know that just because the customer is out of sight it is not an excuse to deliver utter rubbish as it may come back to haunt the business.

I had a fat pig burger and pig sty messy fries, which was PLENTY and I can put food away!
The hot mess fries and Kevin burger are equally delicious.

Fresh salad, tasty condiments with tried and tested flavour.

Save your train fare, with big city flavours, and small town access.
Try it, you will like it.

Food was incredible. We had the you swine fries and fat pig burger. The ladies who served us were really lovely. Only downfall is that it isn’t a full restaurant.
