I was given three mushroom kits for my Christmas. The Lions Mane and Blue Oyster did brilliantly but the Pink Oyster failed.

The service given by Joanne at Fat Fox was outstanding. No quibbles even without a receipt, good advice given and an immediate replacement sent out.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone with an interest in mushrooms.

The oyster mushroom growing kit I got from fat fox has given me 3 harvests so far. Some of the nicest mushrooms I've ever eaten, it doesn't get any fresher than homegrown 🙂 Plus, my first haul was surprisingly huge, grew enough mushrooms to feed 4 breakfasts. I also appreciated the clear instructions. 5 stars

Leo is on his third extremely healthy flush. He seems to enjoy living in the utility room with a north facing window and no heating. We put two chopsticks in the top of the box to create space, and covered him with a polybag that has holes in it, to improve air circulation. In addition to daily spraying inside the bag, we put a small jar of water in front of him to ensure continual humidity.
Leo is about to be harvested. Flushes one and two were exceptional; solid texture and wonderful flavour. Thank you Fat Fox!

I've had a fantastic time so far with the Black Pearl Mushroom grow kit I received as part of the Seasonal Mushroom subscription. I've already managed to get two flushes of mushrooms out of the box and I'm well on my way to a third, which is far better than any other grow kit I've used so far (normally I only get one flush or two at an absolute push from other grow kits).

The grow kit was super easy to use, the instructions were extremely clear and came with videos for each step (which were hugely helpful), and the mushrooms are delicious! I couldn't recommend Fat Fox Mushrooms more! They're hands-down the best provider of grow kits that I've been able to find in the UK.

I'm a plant novice and the people at Fat Fox couldn't be more helpful,it's so easy to follow the well explained instructions and I was amazed at how quick and how pretty the mushrooms were and how many grew I'm now onto the second flush and can't wait for them to grow . It's perfect for beginners like me and children will love them it's fantastic fun! I'm going for my next type of mushrooms and for the money it's an absolute bargain very highly recommended.

After hearing the many benefits of using different varieties of mushroom extracts, I decided to give it a go.
Most places only sell single mushroom extracts but not all the variations I wanted. I found Fat Fox and subscribed for the dual extract multi fungi elixir, as this has all the different extracts. They have been extremely helpful with my queries and after a recent incident with my refill, it was handled immediately. I cannot fault them and, in particular, their customer service!
