Looked at this place online and booked a table for breakfast. We were not disappointed. Good vegan and vegetarian choices. Excellent service. Tasty food. Great venue here. As well as the Cafe there is a farm shop, outside play and seating areas, Playbarn, pottery shop, gift shop, sunflower field and much more. Plenty of activities for children. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit for breakfast.

I arranged with the team at Farrington’s to visit their annual Sunflower Picking event, as I was keen to organise a special surprise proposal. My partner absolutely loves sunflowers, and their gorgeous sunflower fields looked to be the perfect location. We visit the farm regularly, and it seemed a fitting plan. From the very first email I sent over, Erin and the team were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, keen to make our day as special as possible, making suggestions, and coming up with extra ideas.

I was regularly exchanging emails and talking on the phone with Erin leading up to the big day, making sure everything was in place, and the team were even kind enough to let us visit 15 minutes before the sunflower fields opened to the public, to make our day extra special. Upon arriving, Andy was friendly, happy to help, and genuinely interested in making sure we had the best morning. He even very kindly took some pictures of us!

Following my proposal in the sunflower fields, we visited the cafe, which we’ve been to multiple times before and always enjoyed. Sandra had very kindly arranged us some personal menu cards congratulating us, and again, was mega enthusiastic about our occasion, checking up on us and making us comfortable. In terms of the food itself, we both opted for the Farrington’s Big Breakfast, which was delicious as always, and as the name would suggest, included a generous portion. We also treated ourselves with a Victoria Sponge from the farm shop to celebrate - which was also incredible.

I can genuinely say our special day would not have been possible without the thorough planning and kindness of the team at Farrington’s - from the organisation and receptiveness to any ideas I had, to the brilliant food and hospitality, you can really tell Farrington’s are a family company - I couldn’t recommend visiting them enough.

Lovely farm shop. Easy parking. Good range of food and produce. Cafe does decent gluten free sandwiches, cakes etc and dairy free options to . Was also nice not being surrounded by dogs for once when eating so top marks for having a no dog policy. Family can relax with young children in a relatively safe location with outside children's play area. Also had a fish and chips shop, indoor soft play plus other bits and bobs. Yes the food is in the higher side but so is everywhere these days. Staff helpful and friendly. There is also a classic car meet up here one Sunday a month early morning around 10am spring / summer. Check for dates though. Got myself a gluten free chocolate brownie to take home which was very good, nice and soft and made on the premises.

Really lovely place to visit and lovely shop and lovely cafe for food and desserts and hot drinks and cakes to to eat. Really lovely staff and very helpful staff very good access for people in wheelchairs lots of parking and disabled parking too. Also they have other shops to look around too. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely come here again

Lovely farm shop and day out! Plenty to do for all the family. Staff were all really friendly, and the café had a varied menu. Great quality items in the farm shop, the baked goods looked incredible.

My friend and I had a gert lush cream tea and it was brilliant, the staff were lovely and friendly. Took some of our cakes home, with a box kindly supplied by Sandra. So I think we'll be back before Christmas. Great price as well.
