Basic campsite, with an optional electric hook-up for caravans and tents. It has male and female toilets with showers that cost 50p. There are two sinks near the toilet block for washing up. A place to dispose of chemical toilets. And a tap for drinking water. My daughter loves it there. She can feed the chickens and goat. Not so keen on the geese though 😂. There is a kids play park just behind the campsite. The Fox pub is within walking distance and a small convenience store too

We’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. We came here on recommendation and since then have not stayed anywhere else.|| We love it as it’s a secure site which is a must for us with a 4year old. There is no worries about ponds or lakes, or gaps in fences. Our young one can play safely which is a must. The animals on site are great. children love watching them, feeding the chickens and walking in circles with the goat. It’s great to see! ||The owners are lovely. They are very welcoming and on hand should you ever need them. Unlike some sites they leave you be to enjoy your stay. In the past we have stayed at sites and the owners literally do laps to enforce every mortal fine print on the booking. I must say, here as long as you are respectful you are left to enjoy your camping experience. ||The toilet & shower blocks are cleaned daily. Always plenty of hot water and loo roll. Just remember your 50ps! ||Location wise it’s perfect. There are some beautiful walks locally. A village pub, post office and shop within walking distance. Then the main towns, close by. There is also a small park adjacent to the site. ||We come here several times a year. Normally with our youngest daughter who is 4. Sometimes we come alone. Other times we’ve come with family and have 2 or 3 pitches. Regardless if the site is quiet or busy we’ve always had lovely breaks here and occurred no problems It’s a small family run site, which is perfect for us. Not full of knob heads, perfect for us to relax and enjoy camping. |Ps the sun risers are unreal!

We camped here this weekend and had a wonderful time despite an uncharacteristic July downpour. This is a lovely, calm, back to basics campsite which is very welcoming and nestled in a lovely position at the foot of the South Downs. Toilets clean, staff friendly and resident goat and chickens all exceptionally cool. Great value, highly recommend.

An excellent campsite catering for campers, camper vans and caravan fraternity. Great facilities on site - toilet block, showers, chemical toilet waste disposal, washing up sinks etc. Very safe for kids. A corner shop 8mins walk away and a nice pub with tasty food about 200m further than the shop. Perfect location for exploring the South Downs - highly recommended. One tip - cash only...

Nicely isolated in a small village this is a basic but clean campsite with friendly owner. A rectangular field, clean toilets and showers in once corner guarded by one friendly goose and one evil goose.

Spent the weekend here with 2 families. Between us we had 7 children. The price was very reasonable indeed and the staff were lovely and pleasant. The campsite is so quite and lovely. We felt very safe with our children running around making friends and playing ball games etc... You can have fires and BBQ's as long as they're off the ground. Highly recommended, beautiful place to camp. Geese and chickens roam about which is a lovely touch we thought. Facilities are basic but who cares when the atmosphere is amazing 🙂
