If I could I would give no stars!
I ordered a part from this website and I was waiting for a part to arrive. I phoned them after 4 days and found out that they don’t have this part and would have to wait for 3-4weeks ! It would be nice if they contacted me about it ! Then I cancelled order ( they already took the money) and asked for a refund. I was waiting 3 days- no refund so I contacted them again! Their reply was - oh this person who is responsible for refund isn’t in the office!! For God sake just do treat your customers the way other firms do !!!
I am still waiting for my refund!! I will never try to use this company again! You need to work on your customer communication!!! You judge a company by the way they deal with the problem when things go wrong!! So no point/star from me !

Ordered an item on the 30/08/24, haven't heard anything from them and have chased multiple times. Next step is to call the bank and try to get a refund. AVOID.

Order hadn't arrived after 7 working days - rang to find out that 3rd party supplier had not even received the order from them. Disappointing when paying £6.25 for shipping on a small item.

So I ordered a Honda Water Pump. I was so impressed at the ease of ordering, the communication leading up to the actual delivery, both by email and phone. I dropped them a line of thanks and praise. It was as simple as it could be. I looked at it, repacked it and sent it to Africa. Watch this space as if it doesn't work i will have different words to write. Of course it will work I'm just being "me". This company from my experience of buying online are quite special.

Glad I found this place online, I purchased a tile table saw. Price was one of the cheapest online. There was a slight issue with delivery because the item was low on stock. The customer service was great they callEd me back regular updates and had the item shipped within 7 days of the order.
