Serviced my Honda self drive roller mower ever since I bought it. Always well serviced, most recently a week ago. Despite being warned it may take 10 days - it took 4, even though it needed a new blade and a carb clean and re-set. Now I'm ready for the coming season.

Awful customer service and very slow to turn a job around, had my mower 2 months all told and lied about ringing me. Avoid. I note their, response to my review and let my reputation as a fair and hones guide speak for itself. As an additional note I paid nearly £300 for the service and did not complain at the cost precisely because it is an older model, at no point was I told that it would take a long time, largely because at no time was I ever updated on progress. I collected my mower and did about 3 yards of mowing before it failed, back to them once more and another month with no contact. No new partsduring this period of time and certainly no phone call, if they are so confident that they called me why did they not leave a message?. Just very slack and unhelpful attitude when I called them and went to collect. I do not like to give bad reviews but what else can I do with such poor service.

I’m not usually parted with money quite so quickly, however today was an exception. I had done some research on lawn mowers but was far from ready to commit. Having travelled to Bridgnorth I was met by a very pleasant lady and her colleague on sales. Pressure didn’t exist, however knowledge on the brands they sell was first rate. All avenues were covered, however I decided to buy new instead of having my old machine repaired.
If my new Honda mower performs as well as I expect it to, todays visit will have been very worth while.

A wealth of knowledge covering all sorts of machinery old and new, quick speedy repair and even collection and delivery of machinery if required.
I run a contract mowing business and all of our pedestrian mowers and collecting ride on mowers are supplied by Neil and his team.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dropped my strimmer in for repair and whilst I’ve no complaints about the workmanship, or friendliness of the staff, I was annoyed how long it took. They had it for about 6 weeks and when I rang to chase it up I was told it was ready.
When I asked why no one had told me this I was informed that they are just repaired and put to one side and sometimes ‘too busy to ring’.
