Simply superb experience! Wanted to add to our existing farm when some land came available in a “Time sensitive” situation. Talked to one loan officer and he referred me to a woman, after I told her the same story she tried to refer me back to the man that referred me to her. Lol what a joke. It wasn’t a big loan 50k so I just paid for the land myself. They didn’t want to work...the commission must not had been big enough. Customer service must not be a high priority.

We have had nothing but problems from them since day one. They do not ever have their stuff together. I would not recommend them to anyone and we will be refinancing with another company when our house is built.

Don’t recommend getting a home loan or construction loan through them they are a headache to deal with and take forever to release your money because they don’t know what it takes to build a home
