Stayed at a signature room and it was very lovely! The welcome card in our room made us smile x We loved the view and it was so cosy and the bath was really nice. The breakfast was very delicious as well x 10/10 would recommend

What a unique and wonderful place to stay. I went with my mum, aunt, partner and my mum's dog. We had a really wonderful time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The house is amazing, so many beautiful rooms and a lovely lounge area with a fireplace to have drinks or dinner. Beautiful Christmas decorations all over the house. The breakfast was delicious, served in the conservatory area we were able to have a leisurely breakfast.
Great place for a family weekend. Also has fab conference rooms for corporate events.

We stayed for two nights over the Christmas period, checked in on Christmas Eve and checked out on Boxing Day. |A great welcome - not to mention the upgrade! We stayed in Room 206/Bonsai and were very comfortable. There was a kettle as you would expect with tea and coffee, but also the added bonus of an espresso coffee machine, a fridge, some sweet and savoury treats. The bathroom had a shower and separate bath and a TV over the bath. As I said, we were really comfortable and would definitely come back and if it were available, would book the same room. |The staff were always helpful, friendly and professional. |On the first night we'd book a table at the bar for a meal that evening and I had a plant based burger and my husband had fish and chips. Both very tasty!|On Christmas Day, we had a great meal - turkey, gammon, roast potatoes, loads of veg choices and various condiments. There was also beef which we didn't actually try.|The desserts were a delight! We couldn't fit them all in, but as expected the ones we tasted were gorgeous. |I'd recommend the hotel and we aim to come back in the spring or summer.

A really lovely place to visit. The gardens are beautiful. I haven't stayed in the Hotel itself so I can't comment on this but we peeked inside and it's fabulous. My daughter is thinking of having her wedding at FH this year. 😃 I'm very excited ☺️

What a unique and wonderful place to stay. I went with my mum, aunt, partner and my mum's dog for 2 days for my mum's birthday. We had a really wonderful time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The house is amazing, so many beautiful rooms and a lovely bar / lounge area with a fireplace to have drinks or dinner (dinner was great and also reasonably priced). Beautiful Christmas decorations all over the house. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious, served in the conservatory area we were able to have a leisurely extended breakfast. The gardens are very pretty and lovely to roam around with your pet. While we were there I had a look at the conference rooms, they looked very impressive so might plan something there for my company!

I went for lunch, so my rating for the rooms is conjecture based on everything else in the hotel (which is 5 stars all the way). The location is stunning. The grounds are beautifully managed. Loved the Japanese gardens. Inside the hotel is very tastefully decorated. The
food and service were excellent. It would be a great place to stay for a romantic weekend away. And a fabulous wedding venue.

A beautiful venue for weddings and similar, the grounds and old building is stunning so some great backdrops for photos.

However, very disappointed that whilst at a wedding reception recently, and booked to stay at the hotel too, we were told we could not buy a drink at the residents bar as wedding guests had to use the other bar for that. it was pointed out we are hotel guests but still sent to the other bar. Both bars had no waiting customers, walked round to the other side; note they back onto one another, and the same chap who turned us away served us, but had to walk through to the 'resident' bar to get the pay machine. Absolute jobs worth and poor attitude.

Bar prices were ridiculously high, a pint and a double vodka and coke was just shy of £20.00, taking advantage of a captured audience maybe

A very comfortable, clean, albeit very small room, but uncomfortable night sleep as heating was blaring out and extremely hot, even with a fan on and windows open.

We are six sisters, and our “baby” brother treated us all to afternoon tea at Farnham Hall. The service was exceptional, the food was great, our teas were nice and hot, the platters generous. We would like to thank, most especially Ann and Zoe, who welcomed us and made the whole afternoon very special. At the end they both went out of their way, and surprised me with a birthday cake and candle. (It’s my birthday on Christmas Day).
