Sue as a hostess was fantastic. Amazing house with fabulous stylish expensive furniture and beautiful rooms. Good quality toiletries and a breakfast to die for. ||Well worth a visit in beautiful surroundings a very warm and friendly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for Sue. She went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. A very special 2 night stay for my husband birthday. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be returning. A massive thank you Sue.

We were so fortunate to be hosted by Sue and her family. It felt like you were at home away from home. Her son happened to be free on a couple of days and brought us around the dales. We had so much fun going to the creamery, watching horses and visiting the local pubs. There was one night we even had a bbq! The rooms are huge with a private bath, your own fridge, hairdryer and the beds are extremely comfortable! From the room, there's a really good view...we were lucky to have spotted a really nice sunrise. ||||Strongly recommend for couples, families or if you are just stopping by for a couple of nights.

We arrived here on the Friday night very late as I had come almost straight from work. We were greeted by a very friendly welcome considering what time of the night it was and my wife and I were quite hungry. Unfortunately all of the local eateries had shut for the night, but the kind B&B owner offered to make us some sandwiches. Our room was spotless and included many personal touches, which made it feel more like being at home than being in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we didn't want to get up for breakfast. The food was very nice, all freshly cooked and it was no trouble at all to make something extra like my wife's fried banana (a South African thing 😃). All in all a great stay and there was nothing I could pick fault with.

We stayed here for 2 nights what a lovely bnb Sue and her partner Paul were so friendly and made us feel very welcome .||The room was lovely very specious and very clean , the bathroom had a huge bath and separate shower and lovely fluffy white bath towels .||The breakfast was perfect , Sue,s son Gavin also said we were welcome to join them for a bbq on Saturday which I thought was very nice of him . ||It's a perfect place to stay we left feeling like we had stayed at a relations regathering than a bnb we diffinely return thank you sue and all the family

We enjoyed a warm welcome to a spotlessly clean, endlessly comfortable B & B with a terrific cooked breakfast. I’m only sorry that there is no higher accolade to accord this place than ‘excellent’. Well done Sue!
