Customer service is a disgrace, delivery mid afternoon again far too late. Spoke to woman on phone who was for second week just rude hung up and didn't answer the phone again. When driver came just hurled abuse and confronted me like he wanted a fight. So same issues again today. It's like a scene from a league of gentlemen... I don't know if Fairfax maybe have a "back in the community" scheme helping people out of mental institutions but that may explain the misfits who work for them, my apologies to people who genuinely are in mental institutions not my intention to be discriminate towards them. The company I work for unfortunately I don't have a say who they deal with but I'd advise against any other company using Fairfax meadows after the experience I have had.

Delivered here for the first time. People are friendly but the bay is horrendous to reverse onto - definitely not designed for hgvs

Not too bad if there is no queue, but it can be a very long wait to get unloaded sometimes. 2 hours today for 1 pallet. I don’t see why they can’t tip that in the yard

Hello please people don’t order meat from there it’s disgusting they pick meat up from floor and send to there customers like it’s never happened very low hygiene easy to get poison I am working there for 2 years and they should do drug test all there workers

Staff are over worked and under paid. Some are even made to work Christmas eve, boxing day and new years eve and new year's Day! leaving no time to spend with family!
