Cheaters - they see nothing wrong in using font 4 terms and conditions to threaten bailiffs - i didn't want a maintenance contract with my alarm, no maintenance has been delivered, tried to explain this to them for 6 months (even their staff privately understand my point), but they have appointed collection service for £193.50 - really this is not going to help you grow your business by stitching up your customers who then leave you terrible reviews! Maybe a rethink of customer experience is required FAFS!

I have rented an apartment that contains the Marlowe Fire Suppression system and it has been an absolute nightmare for me due to the system randomly setting off covering my food and belongings with an oily extinguisher foam. To make matters even worse, the system deactivated my Hob and I had to pay a hefty sum of money for them to attend and reset the system so I could use my cooking facilities. The system is supposed to beep and alert at 50 degrees Celsius and then only activate at 70 degrees Celsius, which means a fire has to be going to set this off. I was boiling a small pan of spinach and the system set off with none of then stages happening – it just sprayed which is not how it should work. I have heard from other residents that they have suffered the same experience and have been held hostage effectively to pay or they will not send an engineer to reset the system. I am now anxious to use my cooker as who knows whether this defective system will spray again – its an absolute disgrace and has left me upset and out of pocket.

Engineer left a live wire in our office and thought it would be fine just to tape it?! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! Once our contract ends this month, I will be celebrating for sure.

Just seen the ridiculous driving of this company on YouTube. Could have seriously hurt others.

Hope the company doesn't cut corners the same way their drivers do.

Just watched a video where one of their drivers nearly killed or seriously hurt two people by driving on the wrong side of the road. If that is the state of their driving and employee's I would have nothing to do with this company!
