Absolutely love my new van from factory campers. Bruce and Jo were just so professional and courteous throughout the sale and helped me with all of the questions I had and there were quite a few! ? I looked for nearly 6 months for the right van for me until I discovered factory campers. Wow! Such an amazing selection of vans. The build quality is second to none, I absolutely love it!

Absolutely spot on! Searched everywhere for a camper locally but having been let down on one, we ended up at Factory Campers.... (not too far away). We were not disappointed, Bruce and Jo were amazing from the sale to the handover, both are very knowledgeable about their product (sorry to both for the constant bombardment and being impatient ?). The van is fab, we've done an overnight now and several days out and absolutely love it, it's exactlt what we wanted and wanted it to be. Would highly recommend Factory Campers, can't fault them. I called into Factory Campers a month ago as I was thinking about getting a day van & had no idea where to start...

The rest is history as I'm now the very proud owner of a VW St. Tropez.

Jo showed me around the vehicles they had in stock & patiently answered all of my questions.

Not once did I feel pressured in fact buying my van went so smoothly & was such a refreshingly positive experience.

We bought out Camper Van through the COVID crisis. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. We were unable to get to Factory Campers, so Rich and Jo talked to us and guided remotely. In April we bought our VW Campervan from 'Factory Campers' in Tarporley. Since then we have seized every opportunity to escape for weekends away during our busy working week and have just come back from a week in Scotland. We have visited some beautiful areas of the UK and saved on hotel bills by using the van when attending functions. It makes us smile when we remember sitting in the back of the van at the Birmingham arena, eating our evening meal and having a G&T, before crossing the carpark into the arena for a concert; priceless!

We had been considering buying a van for some time and had decided on a VM van conversion by ‘Camper King’, a company based in Warwick. We saw a van in our local supermarket car park, which led us to ‘Factory Campers’ in Tarporley, who supply ‘Camper King’ converted vans.

'Factory Campers' have a small number of vans, tucked away in a unit behind ‘Rose Farm Shop’ in Tarporley, and was an absolute gem of a find. The owner, Richard, was extremely helpful and yet not pushy or intrusive in any way. He gave us a comprehensive demonstration of the workings of the van and allowed us to test drive vans to compare performance in those available. He also took the time to sit down with us and listen to our requirements. Being a campervan user himself, he gave some great advice. He was able to provide information on discount insurance and recommend where to source ancillary parts and accessories, as well as travel advice.

It took us two months before we finally made the purchase and in that time Richard and Jo (the office manager) were always available to help us.

The after-sales service has been excellent. We have had additional parts fitted to the van through Factory Campers and some minor faults rectified. On each occasion Richard has either collected our van and returned it to us or provided us with a replacement van whilst the work was carried out.

We love our van and the new adventures it is giving us. We feel that we made the right decision in choosing to buy from Factory Campers over the larger companies, who may offer a larger selection of vans for sale but can’t match the personal service offered by Richard and Jo.

If I were to offer advice to anyone considering buying a campervan, I would suggest that they look at the quality of the conversions on the ‘Camper King’ website, then go and speak to Richard at ‘Factory Campers’.
