Love this place. Easy stop over close enough to the M1 or A1…. North or south bound .. also A421 between M1 Jcn 13 and the A1 Black Cat roundabout. .. (A421)
Vicky the owner is very helpful and polite and it’s affordable.
No shower unfortunately but very clean unisex toilet with elsan point opposite and drinking water also available. Water filling for Motorhomes is possible for a small fee if you’re not staying the night..black /grey water drainage is also included in that fee if required.
Lovely walks locally, with woods and lakes to boot. All amenities are within three miles also.

Also named Lower Woodend Farm. Great overnight camp. Beautiful quiet farm setting. Very safe all facilities but limited numbers. Will stay again

Lovely lady greeted us , helped us with hook up , as it was far away , gave us extension leads, showed us where everything was, we use our own facilities. Stayed for 2 nights while visiting family in Bedford 20 mins away .
