Fell in love with their Rocket espresso after finding out what beans a restaurant used. I’ve been buying from them domestically for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service is spot on to with nothing too much trouble. I recently didn’t have an issue but thought I did with the website and bothered a person calls Charlie. Charlie was very patient and determined to see me a happy customer which I am. Great coffee and a great service by a great team, what more could you ask for.

Finally, after 3 long years trying to perfect my coffee, I’ve done it thanks to extract coffee. Thank you !!!. I got the clever dropper and I grind Dr Strangeglove. After following the hints and tips and blog they publish and diligently studying the clever dropper instructions, I have a wonderful full bodied coffee, well rounded, with no bitter tones at all, just magical. Thank you 😀 totally at peace with the world right now.

1 STAR FOR DELIVERY
I love their coffee and for about the last year everything has been great, but the last 3 months it's been a disaster for delivery and orders. I don't want to be mean and give a bad rating so I've done it like this. For the 3rd month running I've no idea when my coffee is coming. Called up yesterday and the lady was really not helpful, so none the wiser on my delivery. And no one has called me back. I really hope you get everything sorted out but I'm now going to cancel my subscription

I recently worked with Ellen from Extract Coffee at one of my work events. She provided coffee for one of our brunches, and it was such a hit!
