Great tasting corn dough. Can use it for many dishes including Kenkey, Bank, Koko, Abolo. Buy Exotic foods chilli sauce, Shito (What Ghana chilli sauce is called) from Exotic Foods and a tin of sardines or tinned mackerel from Sainsburys... and I have a quick, healthy, gluten free meal. Delicious.
