Last week my order was missing a burger. When I asked them to bring it, they said they were very busy and no one would come for it, instead of making up for their mistake, they put me in a very difficult situation. Later, when I asked them to either bring the burger or refund my money, they said they could bring it if I ordered £100 and that a refund was not possible. This is a complete theft of my money. They have proven to be a company that is never, ever professional and should never be trusted. Please think twice before ordering, you can be let down at any moment
