This is an excellent nursery with probably one of the best facilities in Blackburn area and very nice staff. My child has enjoyed his stay and get his little backpack packed early in the morning looking forward to go to nursery. Highly recommend it!

Tala has been in the nursery for more than one year now, at the begining she was shy and did not want to play with other kids.

The teachers has helped her massively, they recognised her areas that she needs to grow in and supported her.

Tala is more confident now and she loves all her teachers, especially Danielle and Becky.

. Staff are nice but not the management. I would have given 4 start but I cannot as they penalise you for late pickup even if you are late for few seconds. For every 15 minutes late pickup they charge £10. Yesterday, I was late for 15 minutes and few seconds, they made me pay £20 and threatened to expel the child if we don't pay on the same day. I don't mind paying £10 as I was late for 15 minutes but then I had to pay extra £10 for few seconds on the top of 15 minutes. Worse part is that the manager made me watch CCTV to prove that I was late for 15 minutes and few seconds. Further she mentioned that its not about money, that I see clearly now

My child has been coming to this nursery since 9 month old. Since then he has flourished, speaks so well, has a fabulous relationship with the staff (he runs to them in the morning to hug them) they do lots of different things with them and it is all well documented on their app. I can’t really fault them. They have done a marvellous job with my son and I feel since he has attended this nursery he has developed so well. He seems to be so advanced for his age.

Staff are thoughtful, well mannered and are knowledgeable. Management are very responsive and have helped me out with childcare issues and have been on hand whenever I have wanted to speak with one regarding my son. (Childcare queries nothing about complaints)

I have 4 children and all mine have attended this nursery even when they newly opened. They were very accommodating towards my child's needs and supportive. They always happy to help and willing to go up and beyond to settle the children in. I would highly recommend this nursery. My children enjoyed they time in the nursery and learnt alot and were confident to start school. The staff are great and helpful.
