I recently placed my first order with Eversfield. The meat I ordered was freshly butchered and delivered on time in a well-insulated cardboard box.

Update (30 October 2024) - I continue to use Eversfield and they are now my organic meat supplier of choice.

Their website has promotion where you can refer a friend and get some money off next time. My friend decided to try them and successfully placed the order with a discount, but I did not get anything in return for introduction as apparently account was created after placing order and not before. There was nothing on the website about that you need to register first, the code simply worked and since it was accepted by the website my friend was thinking they are doing this correctly. After contacting their customer service my friend was told that they will restore their points but I still will get nothing for referral. Thats is disgusting ethics which I am not going to support. I've given the referral to my other 2 friends too and they were about to place first orders with them, but after hearing the story they decided to place orders with competitor as their customer service is going above and beyond. The friend above also decided to delete their account with them too. 4 customers lost. Their website is also buggy, unable to add products to favourite list and the my account page looks like is unfinished with design. There is no customer ID that I can find on the account so I am just going to give you my last order number for identification (#69224) to substantiate my statement.

Used to order from them a lot, last few times I've ordered 4 blocks of unsalted butter I've been sent butter that only has around 2 days left of date left on it. Goes off before I use even a quarter of one block. Pretty bad business practice in my opinion given butter generally has a very long sell by date. Shows their stock has been sitting around a while and they aren't afraid to ship it onto customers.

The website contents was not updated when I placed my order and I received alot of items I wasn't expecting, over half. The reason for the amount of differences was also to do with weather causing issues with stock which was fair enough but I did not receive a email to confirm subs. After speaking to customer services they apologised and resolved this by updating the site and they have sent me replacement boxes as a gesture of goodwill. The veg, fruit and salad items received were good quality, lasted longer than supermarket produce and tasted better. Overall I would but from them again.

First order received Friday. Well packaged in wool and ice packs however, the ice had melted by the time of delivery. I had assumed the order would have been transported in a temperature controlled van? Disappointed to note, out of 6 items ordered, one was refunded as not in stock and the remaining orders of bones/chicken had a shelf life of 3 days or less. Considering some of the products had been previously frozen (partly frozen on receipt), I have been busy over the weekend making bone broth with over 4kg of bones to save waste. More disappointed that the small organic chicken has 3 days to use following receipt. Not even convinced the chicken is safe to eat given that the temperature on receipt was room temperature, at best. Very poor and will use local farm shops for future orders.

Top quality meat! We ordered initially when we were struggling to get decent meat in the supermarket due to COVID, but I was really impressed by the quality and we're now expecting our second delivery. Made burgers with the beef mince and they were juicy and delicious. Delivery super quick too now that people have mostly stopped panic ordering

Terrible customer service. Unable to cancel subscription as company website had been hacked. Tried calling but was unable to get through and had no response to my emails, so I was still charged. When I finally got through to someone on the phone, they offered no solution.

Well at age 59 and a crisp lover I can honestly say that I just had the worst bag crisp I ever tried in my life .
Beef a 100 % letdown soggy chewy and vile tasting yet so say correct for eating
