Purchased chikoo flavour and kulfi flavour but both ice creams had a gritty feel in the mouth it felt it had sand mixed in. I googled this and it’s because either low quality milk or vegetable oils have been used or the sugar hadn't dissolved before freezing. Not happy to say the least.

A sharp piece of plastic was found in my scoops of ice cream served at a local restaurant.
Luckily I did not choke or get injured, but I think you need to check your manufacturing line and quality control!

Was excited when I saw sitafal and Chikoo flavour ice cream at ASM supermarket it reminds me of my summer days back home, can’t wait to try so came home open both and really really disappointed no way near those flavours full of strong essence and food colour tasted very awful .
