Shaun Black was first class throughout the whole process, made buying a motor easy and gave us a good laugh with his “patter”. Such a laidback experience which is refreshing. Couldn’t rate him any higher and definitely would recommend going to see him to get sorted out with a new motor.

I went to Evan’s Halshaw Kilmarnock on Saturday to sell my car. I was provided with excellent customer service by Shaun Black. He was really kind, pleasant and helpful. He was mannerly throughout the whole experience and put us at ease, I also got a good deal for my car. Keep up the good work Shaun! Gary was very amiable, and empathic towards us in addition to demonstrating a high degree of professional competence. We encountered a small mechanical problem with our otherwise excellent car, contacted him and subsequently Lynn at the Service department, and both of them couldn't have been more actively helpful in reassuring us that this was covered under our warranty, then losing no time in bringing the car back to Kilmarnock and having the problem rectified.
