Went in to see if they had a filler cap for a Massey Ferguson 35-no big deal but they are farm suppliers and they do have a tractor out front as an advertising tool so thought I might be in the right neighbourhood. "Do you have a filler cap......"

If this is what passes for customer service I have obviously been overdoing it in my own business for years- haven't got it and can't be ar*** to order one in-probably my last visit to this outlet!
