Website not clear on opening times so placed an order, now struggling with any communication to get a refund (as items not dispatched from online order), shame as have ordered hops before (and loved them) and purchased direct in their farm store. A real shame that communication isn’t better or clearer information on website to opening after Christmas.

I have ordered dried wedding flowers from Essentially Hops. I have asked for a design they did not have on the website and they did a great job. Communication (with Emma) was super-easy and quick. About a month before the wedding I received photos of the flowers to make sure it was what I wanted, and they were shipped the week after with a 48hr courier service. I am really pleased and the flowers look gorgeous.

I would highly recommend Essentially Hops! The dried flowers they arranged & displayed for our wedding were incredible and their service was amazing! Emma was great at the consultation and was informative about the different types of flowers and what would work well, which really helped for us not knowing anything about flowers.
We had a very last minute change of plans when the weather forecast changed. We had planned on outdoor floral displays and Emma brilliantly adjusted our displays last minute to be able to use them indoors instead and they looked stunning! We can’t thank them enough!

I love this place, it’s wonderful for hops and the like during the year and then it’s spectacular at Christmas for wreaths etc. They are still open for click and collect so please support them at this difficult time.
