Won't be using again. Took strimmer in for a service, told them the throttle sticks and can bog down at high revs intermittently. Was told 3 weeks, I called up after 3.5 weeks to be told that it's not even been booked in or looked at.
Got told throttle is fine and needs a carb which will be £190, no mention of a price to actually service it.
collected after paying £38 for it to be looked at. Got home 1st start and throttle stuck and is currently running fine.. don't know if it was even looked at or started...

I get them to deliver calor gas. Delivery charge is reasonable and guy delivering always brings the canisters in and puts them where I need them stored. All done over the phone. Efficient and delivery guy is really helpful and nice.
