I've been using Enterprise for a fair few years now, I can safely say, I won't be using anyone else to hire a car. Customer service is always second to none.. the cars are always in spectacular condition and very clean. The premium and large premium collection is always up-to-date with latest cars! Booked a van, turned up and they didn't have one. They said they could give us a Luton, but it wasn't back yet, so almost an hour after our booked pickup time the Luton was finally ready for us. An extra star for the fact the staff are really nice here, even though their business model and booking system is unfair to the customer - you want to know that the vehicle you've booked will actually be available otherwise what's the point.

Excellent service!
The people who work here are very professional and extremely polite and friendly ? They have a good selection of cars available. The car I hired was very clean and comfortable, and I didn't have any issues with it at all. I highly recommend this branch and would 100% hire a car from here again.
Easy to find.

Well over a month and still no refund has returned. Emailed my details to you as requested, no response. What is the problem with processing these things? No problem taking my money for the booking!
