Had the pleasure of dealing with Sham at Blackburn Enterprise. He really looked after me well from start to finish. I was unsure of which car to hire via the online method and I thought it would be a good idea to ring the branch and get some recommendations in regards to their "special" range. Sham reserved the perfect car for me a month in advance and the car was flawless. Couldn't recommend booking a reservation through Sham highly enough! I would highly recommend getting in touch with the Blackburn branch and asking for Sham!

This company is a disgrace! Our new Volvo had to be recovered and Enterprise Blackburn was tasked to provide a premium vehicle as a temporary replacement. Car was supposed to arrive Friday evening, it actually arrived 8pm Saturday. The car was driven onto my driveway and we awoke the following morning to a flat back tyre! In closer inspection, the tyre has a slash in it and had been identified by a big square yellow chalk mark and then sent to a customer without replacement or repair! We called and they basically said we had to call the recovery people and we would have to travel with them in the recovery vehicle to Preston kwik fit so we could drive the car back!!! Obviously that wasn’t happening!! The then agreed to swap the vehicle, this ended up being a full day waiting at home for a delivery that actually happened late afternoon! A full wasted weekend!! When we complained, we was informed that someone would call us!! Guess what Yes… still waiting!! Stay clear, customer service is shocking!!

Excellent experience with this particular branch. My own vehicle was booked in for mechanical work, however got called in earlier due to cancellation. Made a very last minute booking at Enterprise, thinking they would not be able to deliver. I was totally wrong, as received a phone call asking me to come towards end of the day.

Was running late myself, so made a call to Enterprise to tell them I may be 5-10 minutes late. They said "Not a problem". Booked a 'Compact' category vehicle, but was very impressed with what was given ... 2022 VW Golf 1.5 TSI R-Line (150bhp).

Sham & Hamaz along with young English lady also working there (sorry didn't get her name) are a true credit to this branch and I will definitely be using them in future. Made the whole process simple and stress-free for me.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car that I feel compelled to share. My interactions with their staff, particularly someone named Sham, were far from satisfactory. The customer service was abysmal, with a noticeable lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. It was clear that customer service skills are severely lacking, which makes me question how well the team is trained.

To make matters worse, the pricing seemed arbitrary and inconsistent. It felt like the rates were being made up on the spot over the phone, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect transparent and consistent pricing, not numbers that change with every conversation.

I understand that the staff may be working on minimum wage, but this does not excuse the poor service and attitude I encountered. At the very least, they should be equipped with the necessary skills to treat customers with respect and provide accurate information. I strongly suggest that Enterprise invests in proper customer service training for their employees.

Due to this experience, I decided not to hire a car from Enterprise, nor will I be recommending their services to anyone. They have lost my business for good.

Highly recommended. Hired a medium commercial van for a weekend moving apartments. Got a 24 plate Ford, absolutely pristine. Staff very informative and honest about the hiring process and in and outs for a first time renter. Chose to take the insurance excess and fuel cover for peace of mind, upselling as it is, but was not pressured, but it just took alot of pressure off a very stressful and hectic weekend. First class service through and through, will use again

It's unfortunate that there aren't more car rental options in Blackburn, as increased competition would likely challenge Enterprise and potentially lead to better service standards.

I had a reservation with Enterprise for 12pm today. However, when I called to cancel my booking three hours later, I was informed that my car was just now ready. Unfortunately, it was too late—I had already made alternative arrangements with another rental firm, who offered unbeatable customer service.

Given this experience, I would only consider using Enterprise as an absolute last resort. Frankly, I'd rather go without than support a business that seems to lack professionalism.
