Had an excellent experience renting a van for my house move.
The price was extremely good for the size of the van and how many days I had it as they even gave me an extra day over what I asked for as it worked out the same price.
I have rented cars in the past and had only good things to say, but now I can say the same for van hire. This is why it's the only rental company I use.

Great customer care, service and prices from manager Suhaib and his team at this Tranmere, Birkenhead branch of Enterprise.
Any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally, any requests are fulfilled to the best of their ability and they put up with my frequent last minute extensions! They even picked up my car last week when I felt too poorly to drive it back.
Over the years I have dealt with them many times and I have never received anything other than 5* service. Thank you

Can’t thank Enterprise Birkenhead enough. After my car being crashed into and going through insurance, enterprise contacted me the same day to arrange collection for a hire car the following day.

I had a right laugh with the lads on site from collecting the car to dropping it off at the car garage they have been brilliant!!! I honestly can’t thank them all enough, they’ve made it all so stress free as I’ve never done anything like this. Listened to my stupid questions on the phone.

I won’t hesitate to hire a car or van in the future if ever needed and will recommend to everyone.

Staff are always very helpful and resolve issues promptly. If the vehicle we book isn’t ready on arrival we have had free upgrades. Prices are very good too.
