Driver bad bad attitude walked away after DROPPING not placing down my large fragile order, from his Body language seemed came back ready for a fight, invaded my personal space all because I asked if I can check my item, as advised by Victoria Plum. Started making a video, driver got heated up started shouting, (why you making video) called his superiors saying I'm bringing item back. All this attitude whilst within my rights. Will be contacting seller. Bad experience. I will Never use this company If I can.. Will explain to seller never send with this company. Alternatively use another seller hoping this dude never turns up again.

We ordered a front door from Enterprise and are very pleased with the quality and the value for money compared with some others we looked at. The customer service was always responsive and good. We had an issue with a second lock we purchased but that was sorted with good humour. Good to deal with an honest organisation. Personal thanks to Darrell and Allen at Bilston who we dealt with most of the time.
