When I ordered from here, they were about £5-10 cheaper than they are now I believed, so I would say they were better value for money when I ordered.

Their cookies and cream cheesecake was insanely good (pictures above/below), I would definitely recommend this one as it was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had.

Their peanut butter cheesecake however was not great tasting, but looked amazing and therefore for this reason I wouldn’t recommend this one if they still sell it.

I don't often go out of my way to pay a compliment unless its really deserved. However, having recently tried a cheesecake made by the English Cheesecake Company, I can honestly say that it was absolutely devine and very worthy of a place on our shopping list! I have never tasted a cheesecake so delicious and well balanced! Thank you, for bringing flavour back to our puddings! xxx

》Mango & Passion Fruit Cheesecake Bites | Topped with tangy mango and passion fruit on a biscuit base.

The combination of vanilla, lotus biscoff or tangy fruits (mango + passionfruit) worked so well with the creamy cheesecake and the crunchy biscuit base. The flavours are balanced which made them impossible to resist, the perfect bite-sized treats to end any meal.

》Salted Caramel & Blondie Frozen Cheesecake Tub | Frozen cheesecake with salted caramel ripple, white chocolate blondie cubes and chunks of digestive biscuit.

》Chocolate Fudge & Cookie Dough Frozen Cheesecake Tub | Frozen chocolate cheesecake with cookie dough pieces, fudge sauce and digestive biscuit.

These new frozen cheesecake tubs have their delicious cheesecake recipe including the signature crunchy biscuit base - blended it up and put it in a tub. The various textures/flavours are simply indulgent, certainly worth all the calories.

Both bites and tubs are also suitable for vegetarians or vegans. They are available in Supermarkets Nationwide - Waitrose, Sainsburys and Coop stores.

We have been with this company for easily 15 years and had a cake at nearly every celebration.

The last few times the cake quality, taste, toppings have diminished. We mostly get the chocolate fudge brownie cake, the toppings are barely there, and Aldi probably sell better tasting brownies.

The cake from most recently was a chocolate fudge brownie cake, toppings were scarce, fudge and cake recipe seems to have changed altogether to a cheaper recipe … for £36 we’d like the cakes to be how they used to be… it was also lopsided

I have a very high standard when it comes to lemon cheesecakes, and I've had a few for sure. However, I wanted to say your lemon and mascarpone cheesecake is LEAGUES above the crowd so had to submit a message to you to acknowledge the product. I bought a high end shop equivalent and it didn't have a patch on yours. The flavours, textures, biscuit base, white chocolate drizzle perk on the top and the balance of piquant against sweet is just DIVINE! I could eat this every day if my figure would allow it. So just wanted to say, a big shout out to you guys. Epic cheesecake amd don't stop ever making it pleeeeease!! Anita 😊

1.5 stars as they removed the best flavors, and terrible customer service. They used to do a great carrot cake cheesecake as well as mango passionate, not to mention some decent cakes but lately they’ve lost their way. Their customer service sucks - unsurprising seeing as they’re based in London so rudeness and self importance goes with the territory. I ordered something and the day it arrived they had an offer on the same product. When I asked them to honor the new price, they came up with “if you buy something at a store and the offer changes you don’t get the new price.” When I advised Sherlock of the fact that I can rebuy and return at a supermarket, I got crickets as a response.

If you’re desperate to try these, get a booker membership where these are sold at £17 instead of the inflated £40odd. Alternatively avoid them altogether to save yourself aggravation.

Bought a Beautiful Delicious Honeycomb & White Chocolate Cheesecake for Christmas as a treat for after our dinner. I normally make my own but I do love a treat from this Company. The delivery was super fast and always kept updated on times. It came well packaged and frozen, pre sliced into 14 generous slices. I also added a Special Personalized Chocolate Disc ( which just made it that extra Special). Beautifully done, tasted Amazing and the whole family was very pleased. It lasted over 3 days in the fridge and tasted just as good as on the first day. Being a family of 7 it didn’t last too long lol. If you have never bought a cake from this Company “it’s a must” and you won’t be disappointed. This is the only Company I buy from and I’ve had many. I can’t wait to try more, plus they do Vegan too, ( my daughter will be happy). Looking forward to ordering again very soon. Thanks again and keep up the great work you all do.

Lovely taste so don't mind spending £3.50 for two slices but the packaging is appalling. Can not even plate up the slices without it all looking a mess. All this for £3.50 what a joke! Supermarkets need to dump this brand. Waitrose cheesecake is way better taste and much better packaging.
