I am based in the USA and would like to try this company's products. However, even though their website says this about shipping to the USA:

United States
Average shipping fee for 1 jar of jam: $16.49 (£13.20) + VAT

Average shipping fee for 6 jars of jam: $22.28 (£17.83) + VAT

Average shipping fee for 12 jars of jam: $32.45 (£25.97) + VAT

When I attempt to buy 6 regular jars of jam, I am presented with a shipping bill of $147. Since July/5/2023, I have contacted this company several times but still the shipping charge remains high. I was told that they were trying to resolve the issue with their carrier.

Fantastic individual service

I wanted to order crumpets when they were out of season (because they are rarely ordered in Summer). I got a swift answer to the 'contact us' email and then they specially got hold of the crumpets for me.

My Dad will be very happy when his birthday surprise arrives.
