Avoid at all costs unless you want to be disappointed. Asked to book some chicks over the Easter weekend, got told yes no problem, deposit details were sent and she asked for my number for the booking form. Went to send deposit and the scam check wasn't working, tried again and still wasn't working. After the 3rd time, I emailed with a screenshot to ask them to check the details only to get a reply back to say she was now fully booked! I was absolutely astounded at the appalling customer service I'd received. There was no mention of a time frame that the deposit needed to be paid by. There was no communication or follow up from them. It was only when I went to them about an issue about their bank details that they decided to message me. There were also several messages back and forth about collection times. They knew I was moving things around to make this work. It was blatantly clear that I was going to take the chicks. They then even tried to blame me and say it was my fault for their lack of clear terms and their lack of customer service ? honestly it was laughable.

Absolutely amazing farm! I’ve had lots of chickens from emily’s mini farm all have been top quality, could not recommend them more for anyone looking into buying chickens. Her animal boarding service is also exceptional! ?

Our daughter loved having 3 cute chicks come for a "sleepover". The cage arrived with clear instructions and everything we needed. Even a storybook which she enjoyed reading to the chicks as a bed time story. Great convenient service from Emily's mini farm and they even delivered and collected from our home.

What can I say absolutely amazing. The whole experience was more than I could have imagined not only for the children but all the adults to. The chicks came with instructions, feed, immaculate cage, equipment and even a book which the children learnt so many new facts about the chicks. Emily even thought about all the risks involved and sent a risk assessment form which saved so much time.
I would recommend the experience to anyone you will not be disappointed.

We housed 3 chicks for the week, they came with their own cage, food and books so the children could learn about them.
Emily was on hand to answer any questions
My children absolutely adored the chick and was sad to see them leave
I would highly recommend Emily mini farm to anyone who wants a fantastic learning experience for their children

Fantastic service and products. Always greeted by a huge smile when going to farm. The turkey and duck eggs are huge ( 2 Turkey eggs made a huge and delicious omelette). Also the guinea fowl eggs where excellent quality. Well done Emily!
