Terrible customer service.

Put in an order through one of their websites "Ingredients for Cooks" including a load of frozen food. One package out of 3 arrived.

They resent the other 2 which ended up spending 5 days in transit. When I complained that the product had defrosted they refused to resend the ingredients we needed as "it wasn't worth them spending more on delivery".

They came on time. Beautifully packed at a competitive price. Spoke with a cheerful
staff member day before delivery.
