Santa experience was amazing!!
Great with SEN children. Loved how they noticed our son wanted a photo but wait was long and they allowed him to have his go!! Amazing way was set out with each area and staff were amazing and Santa looked real!! Totally agree!!

We primarily visited to have lunch.
The garden centre itself is huge and has a massive range of plants,shrubs,trees and more for your garden along with just about everything you could ever need for a garden including bbq's,garden furniture and more.
The restaurant is large,must be room for 100 diners,maybe more.
Food in offer ranges from cakes to full blown meals. They offer a table service and payment is required when placing your order.
The food is ok, not amazing and a little expensive and the service is a little disorganised but it wasn't a disaster and the surroundings are pleasant and they do not hurry you.

We had a brilliant time at the party with Santa and the elves. The elves greated us and showed us to our table, the children's food was brought out straight away and adults could help themselves to party food and tea and coffee. The elves performed some dances with the children and Santa and Mrs Claus popped in to say hello. Santa didn't hand out presents or stay for photo opportunities (we had already seen Father Christmas so that didn't matter to us) but he did open the HUGE toy shop, which amazed our children and they absolutely loved having the choice of gift. The elves handed out sweets and a colour in Christmas decoration set at the end as we left. It was such good value for money, didn't feel rushed and the whole place was beautifully decorated and felt so festive!

We had the most amazing time today visiting Santa. Well done to everyone involved it was magical and my favourite experience so far. My children aged 8 and 11 loved it. So much detail and thought put in to every step. Santa, Mrs Claus and the Elves were brilliant. We will be back next year.

Sadly I was not impressed by the cafe. We weren't made to feel welcome, no friendly welcome and a particular member of staff called "Leah" was specifically rude to me and my friends because we hadn't booked. She rolled her eyes and because we needed highchairs and 2 tables pulled together seemed too much trouble. They weren't particularly busy and all our children were well behaved. Food was OK, a tad expensive for what it is and I believe the staff should be taught how to welcome customers and make you feel welcome. Sadly won't return and wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic Christmas displays and such lovely, helpful staff. The ladies on the tills are always so cheerful. I would thoroughly recommend visiting.
Also the reptile centre is worth a visit. The staff are knowledgeable, and the animals are so well cared for.

Visited Marelis for lunch today and was served by Grace and Ethan who were lovely. Food was lovely, the Arancini was amazing!
Will definitely be back !
