The quality of the meat here is absolutely fantastic and the guys who work there are all lovely. You think that going to a local butcher will be quite expensive, but most of the time this place works out cheaper than the supermarket, and even when you pay more the jump in quality makes it worth every penny. I feel really lucky to have this place on my doorstep, it’s a great shop.

All the products are very nice and looks great, but I cannot find it hygienic that all the team using the hands without gloves to arrange the meet in the window and to serve customers.
Today one of the team member tried to clean a piece of meat rubbing it in his hands . Sorry , but you really don't have to do this....

Using this shop as my normal one being done up. Prices are fair enough, staff are ok I'd always use the local butcher instead of the supermarket. Never had any problems.

There is always a wait before you get served. The meat was good but the selection is limited. It is quite expensive as well.

They have recently redecorated the place. It is much more spacious with bigger counter space.

Easily one of the best butchers I’ve ever used. We’ve been customers for nearly 30 years. The range and quality of produce is awesome. The staff are knowledgable, proper butchers who know how to carve up a carcass into its distinct cuts. The staff are friendly, funny, and helpful. To top it off, they charge reasonable prices for excellent quality produce. Highly recommended.

The best butchers in the area. Was going there in the last 5 years time to time, and every week since a year time now. Their products are high quality, always fresh and good value for money. The staff are super friendly and polite. They just renovated this place and it looks great. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Amazing venue, top quality meat that is grown with high standards. Delicious meat, wide selection of condiments and other products like cheese, eggs, sauerkraut, etc. When I eat a steak from Ellis Butchers I experience nirvana in my mouth as each bite delivers the best flavour beef can provide.

There is a reason why this butchers has a long queue every weekend, some people come from far to buy here! I cannot recommend it enough.

Finally, the staff is super nice and attentive. They have given me bones for a broth for free, and they are nice to talk to. Always respectful and friendly.
