My wife Marta bought a Gazelle Grenoble electric bike from the Electric Bike shop in December 2024, and she is pleased as punch with her purchase! The whole experience was great. This is my wife's first electric bike and she is not an experienced cyclist, but Chris was very patient is answering lots of questions and explaining everything she needed to know about the bike and its controls. My wife had a test ride before buying so she knew the bike was right for her.
Chris is extremely knowledgeable and professional and gave my wife lots of confidence to go out and enjoy her new bike, which she has done.
We would both recommend the Electric Bike shop in Bristol for an electric bike purchase.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Helped us think through what bikes would likely be best for us and we were able to test ridethem. They also supported with the Bike To Work scheme which was essential for us being able to afford the bike. The service and support during the buying process was excellent, the bike itself has been brilliant, and having just had the bike serviced after 12 months, again the staff were excellent. Great service all round. No pushy sales, good advice and really helpful when I needed a spare part. As for the bike, I am a bit biased as I've wanted a Dutch bike ever since I first sat on one 30 years ago. They are just wonderfully comfortable!
