I feel I need to make a review to say how amazing Dawn is. From the moment I went in to Ehsmith she was very very helpful and tried her best to help with porcelain samples. The second time I went in the same thing, couldn’t be more helpful and went above and beyond to deal with my garden needs. Providing me with stone samples to get a better idea of what I would work.
I ordered stone and it was arriving the bet day, but Dawn rang me back to say I could have an earlier delivery slot and I could have it today as she knew I was desperate to get my garden done in time for my daughter’s party, I was so grateful. Everyone needs a dawn in there workplace. Very very happy customer.

A good builders merchant.
Have used them several times over the past 3 years whilst carrying out home renovation projects. Particularly like the fact they have a brick library which is a great way to look at options rather than online or in a brochure.

What a great team at the Enderby depot of EH Smith! Very rarely do you come across staff that are so proactively helpful.
